The Dance Part 2The dance seemed endless,  Not unlike his eyes.  I felt his hands press,  So gently on my sides.   
The music stopped,  But we kept dancing.  And alone we stepped,  My heart was racing.   
He smiled shyly,  Saying he was glad we met.  He walked away so slyly,  But I was not ready for him to leave yet.   
The lights dimmed,  I walked away.  My hopes thinned,  Of meeting another day. The Dance Part 2

LightBlinded by hatred and violence,  Screaming breaks the silence.  You taste the blood and feel the wound,  And knew that at this time death loomed.   
You wish for angels as you see the light,  Growing in the dark of night.  You wake only to see and feel,  The fires of hell, deaths ultimate seal.   
You yell to be heard by no one,  
Only fueling the Devils fun.  You regretted all those nights,  As you drifted from the lights.

I catch his eyes,  So I turned away,  My stomach turns to butterflies,  Today was not to be the day.   
I feel a touch upon my shoulder,  So I turn with a smile,  And I feel my heart stir,  My stomach jumps a mile away.   
I look deeply into his eyes,  And wonder if he is truly looking back,  From those eyes as endless as the skies,  Which never seems end in black.

I have only been on a few times, to post poems, and then leave everyone...I have even skimped on the MySpace habit <- durn that MySpace life sucker!!! I have gotten a job, and a life, had a boyfriend, then gave him up...Lets see...gone on dates, gotten burnt... done all the fun summer stuff, and school has even decided to start a week late (due to protesting) Yeah, thats the life. I am sorry for not being more attentive to all ya'lls work... doesn't mean I'm gonna get any better about it though,
